Thank you for the excellent service you and your company provided us on the
sale of an estate property in West Chester. As executors of the estate we felt competing pressure to try to sell the property quickly while obtaining
a good sale price in the interest of the beneficiaries. The auction method did allow us to satisfy both those objectives. We definitely think that if
we had sold the house through conventional real estate methods we would have felt pressured to accept a much lower price and not realized the true market
value of the property.
I've told the story of our first real estate auction experience to a co-worker, and his comment was
"Why isn't real estate always sold this way?" I think this comment sizes up our experience very well.
