Thank you for the excellent service you and your company provided us on the sale of an estate property in West Chester. As executors of the estate we felt competing pressure to try to sell the property quickly while obtaining a good sale price in the interest of the beneficiaries. The auction method did allow us to satisfy both those objectives.
